We are pleased to inform you of NW Area Training sessions that we have planned around the Area throughout 2019. These sessions are aimed at encouraging your children/judoka to challenge themselves with the judo skills and knowledge you’ve taught them in an Open & Welcoming environment.
The sessions are aimed at developing further attributes to enhance your child/players judo. The sessions are aimed at FUNdamentals, ABC sporting literacy (Agility/Balance/Coordination), Strength & Conditioning – judo specific, Technical enhancement and rising to the challenge to meet new friends.
The sessions are open to all levels and Coaches within the Area will support and deliver the sessions.
